- Handle procurement of UPS, solar, electrical, electronic and related project materials.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time and payment terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices and favourable terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with the Project, Stores, Service, Accounts and Sales teams for material requirements.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices and vendor documents.
- Check material specifications and quantities before placing orders.




- Coordinate with the Stores team for material receipt and inspection.
- Track pending, short-supplied, damaged or delayed materials and coordinate for resolution.
- Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors and supplier contacts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
