Requirements:

Age: 33 to 36 years.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 5 to 8+ years in handling purchase activities

Key Responsibilities:

· Find and compare new and existing vendors.

· Negotiate best prices and contract terms.

· Create and process purchase orders.

· Track shipments to guarantee timely delivery.

· Check delivered goods for correct quality and quantity.

· Keep clear records of all purchases and invoices.

· Work with finance and warehouse teams.

Required Skills

· Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

· Positive math and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of inventory control.

· Experience with ERP software or databases.

· Time management and problem-solving skills.
