The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, quality standards, and timely delivery while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings

Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast needs

Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors
