Role Description The Publication Writer is responsible for developing high-quality, scientifically accurate manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and other publication-related materials for biopharma clients. This full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region involves critically reviewing clinical and scientific data, interpreting study results, and ensuring alignment with relevant guidelines, journal requirements, and client objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include literature research, data analysis, drafting and revising documents, collaborating with internal teams and external authors,



and incorporating feedback from medical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders.

The Publication

Writer ensures clarity, consistency, and compliance with ethical publication practices, while managing timelines, maintaining documentation, and supporting the strategic planning of publication activities. The role also includes staying updated on therapeutic-area developments and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and quality in writing and data interpretation.

Qualifications

- Strong scientific writing skills, including experience with peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
- Ability to critically evaluate clinical trial data, interpret statistical results, and synthesize information from multiple scientific sources.
- Familiarity with publication planning, journal submission processes, and guidelines such as ICMJE and GPP.
- Excellent command of English, with advanced skills in editing, proofreading, and ensuring clarity and consistency in technical content.
- Comfort working with digital tools and AI-enabled platforms for research, data analysis, and document development.
- Strong project and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Effective stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with authors, clients, and internal colleagues in a professional manner.
