Role

We are looking for an experienced Publication Production Specialist with solid expertise in Adobe InDesign, Typesetting, Publication Production, Print Production, Page Layout and Artwork Finalization .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Integrated Reports, Corporate Publications, Books, Magazines and other long-form documents , with the ability to handle detailed corrections, maintain consistency across large publications and deliver error-free print-ready and digital-ready files.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end DTP, Typesetting and Publication Production
- Create and manage page layouts, formatting, pagination, alignment and document styling
- Work extensively on English and Hindi typesetting
- Implement multiple rounds of content, design, proofing and client corrections
- Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, grids, spacing, numbering and formatting
- Review documents for typographical errors, alignment issues, spacing inconsistencies and production errors
- Work on Annual Reports, ESG Reports, Sustainability Reports, Corporate Reports, Books, Journals and Publications
- Prepare final print-ready and digital-ready artwork
- Coordinate with Designers, Content Writers, Proofreaders and Project Managers
- Manage large, content-heavy documents while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Follow pre-press, print production and publishing standards
- Maintain proper file management, version control and production workflow




- Deliver projects within tight timelines while maintaining high production quality

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of relevant experience in DTP, Publication Production or Print Production
- Strong experience handling Annual Reports, ESG Reports and Corporate Publications
- Excellent understanding of InDesign-based publication workflows
- Experience working with large content-heavy documents (100+ pages preferred)
- Strong eye for typography, spacing,



alignment and layout consistency
- Ability to implement detailed corrections with speed and accuracy
- Experience in Advertising Agency, Design Studio, Publishing House, Print Production House or Corporate Communication Agency preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and production schedules
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Portfolio – Mandatory

CV + Publication Portfolio / Sample Annual Reports / Sample Publications are mandatory.
