We recognise that strong academic credentials do not always come with sufficient opportunities for real-world client experience. High-potential junior candidates selected by MindTribe are provided with structured training, close supervision, mentoring, case discussions, continuous feedback, and supervised exposure to real clients to help them bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice.

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Empathy, emotional maturity, professionalism, and sound ethical judgment.
- A strong commitment to evidence-based psychological practice.
- The ability and willingness to learn, accept supervision, and continuously improve.
- The ability to work effectively in a structured, fully remote professional environment.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career as a practicing psychologist.

Regardless of experience level, quality, ethics, professionalism, and commitment to clients are non-negotiable.

MindTribe follows evidence-based psychological practices. Candidates whose primary professional interests are in non-evidence-based or alternative practices such as tarot, astrology, Reiki, graphology, or similar modalities would not be a suitable fit for this role.

- Regular opportunities for clinical supervision, case discussions, learning, and professional development.
