Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage property listings and reservations on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages.

- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and provide necessary instructions and support.

- Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and regular property inspections.

- Ensure rental properties are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with required supplies.

- Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests professionally.

- Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize property revenue.

- Manage booking confirmations, payments, and security deposits.

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, maintenance activities, and property-related information.

- Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and local service providers.

- Ensure properties comply with applicable local regulations and safety standards.





- Monitor overall property performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Experience managing listings on rental platforms is preferred.

- Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning standards.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with guests, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.

- Familiarity with property management tools and channel management software.

- Basic knowledge of marketing and pricing strategies.
