We are looking for an experienced
Manager, Solutions & Presales
to lead solution strategy, presales execution, and team development across complex enterprise opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong technical understanding with commercial judgment, client-facing expertise, and the ability to lead a high-performing presales team.

You will own the solution side of the sales cycle—from discovery and solution design through proposals, RFPs, demos, scoping, estimation, and handoff to delivery. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and competitiveness of solutions, deal conversion, team performance, and the ability to identify and develop recent opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Solution Strategy
- Take accountability for the solution strategy across active opportunities.




- Review discovery inputs and identify the key business problem or differentiator that should shape the solution.
- Assign the appropriate Solution Architect and ensure adequate preparation before client engagements.
- Oversee solution development, proposals, demos, estimates, and Statements of Work.
- Maintain visibility into opportunities throughout the sales cycle and ensure strong alignment with Sales.

Drive Winning Proposals
- Define the core value proposition and competitive differentiator for each opportunity.
- Ensure proposals, demos, presentations, and client discussions consistently reinforce the winning theme.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, including bid decisions, solution assignments, content reviews, and final submissions.
- Evaluate discovery quality to determine whether an opportunity is sufficiently understood to scope and price accurately.
- Monitor deal performance and continuously improve win rates.
