Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective partners and customers. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research,



present Bhanzu’s offerings to schools, institutions, and parents, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to refine pitches, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding defined growth targets. The role also requires regular reporting on performance metrics, participation in events or demos, and continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications
- Strong new business development skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and converting prospects.
- Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management, including use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of business and sales fundamentals, particularly in an education or edtech context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations to diverse stakeholders.
