Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Executive with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing both technical and non-technical hiring, partnering closely with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer rollout. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate background, possess robust communication skills, and be available to join at the earliest.

Experience - 4-6 years of relevant recruitment experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Handle technical and non-technical hiring across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM Jobs, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Ensure effective stakeholder management by aligning recruitment strategies with business requirements.
- Drive strong candidate engagement and candidate experience through timely communication.
- Manage salary negotiations in line with organizational guidelines.
- Oversee documentation, offer release, and join formalities.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Leverage networking and headhunting techniques to close niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably from a corporate recruitment background.
- Early joiner preferred.
- Experience - 4-6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
