Plant Maintenance Lead

Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient operation of plant machinery, utilities, and equipment through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Lead the maintenance team and coordinate with production and other departments.
- Monitor maintenance costs, spares, and maintenance-related budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and maintenance records.

Key Skills & Experience:




- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in plant maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, utilities, and safety standards.
- Positive team leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
