Job Summary

The role is accountable for the administration, advisory and delivery of employee centric HR services to Chubb employees through GCC People Services team within India. Acting as the subject matter expert and 1st point of contact for all customers, including employees, managers, business Unit HR as well as external bodies.

Directly Reporting into the Senior Manager, People Services, you will work proactively within the Chubb HR team to support the HR team in its daily operations. This includes administrative tasks, recruitment assistance, employee onboarding hire to retire life cycle transactions/activities, and assisting with various HR processes/reports.

You will provide administrative and logistical support to HR, Finance, Payroll and other functions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from UK employees, HRBPs, managers stakeholders via ticketing system, email, chat or calls for all process queries,



along with escalating and taking ownership accountability to ensure any requests or escalated queries are resolved in a timely manner, and a satisfactory outcome is reached
- Provide a customer centric HR advisory, administrative and query or case management service to all employees within the country/region, ensuring all your assigned SLAs/KPIs within HRSS (via ServiceNow, email) are consistently met.
- Perform transactions in HR systems (e.g., Workday) for areas such as onboarding, employee data changes, offboarding, compensation updates, and leave management.
- Support the administration of UK-specific HR programs including employee data changes/corrections, perks, payroll coordination, and statutory documentation.
- Accurately follow HR processes and procedures, including but not exclusive to security screening, offers of employment, change in employment status and terminations.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and UK employment legislation.
