Role Description
The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in HSR Layout Sector 1, Bengaluru. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, including generating and qualifying leads through calls, meetings, and events.



The associate will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends, and will present Bhanzu’s solutions to prospective partners, institutions, and parents. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies. The role also involves meeting defined growth targets while providing a high-quality experience to prospective and existing customers.
