Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve business and sales targets.

Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales objectives.

Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable jewellery recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Ensure proper display, presentation, and merchandising of jewellery products.

Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery.

Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, customer details, and showroom transactions.

Coordinate with the management regarding sales performance, stock requirements, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies, showroom procedures, and security guidelines.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.





Monitor staff performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.

Ensure the showroom maintains a premium, qualified, and customer-friendly environment.

Prepare and share regular sales and operational reports with management.

Support promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and showroom events as required.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Additional qualifications or certifications in Retail Management, Sales, or Jewellery Management will be an advantage.

Required Experience

5–8 years of relevant experience in a Retail Jewellery Showroom.

Candidates with experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager, Jewellery Sales Manager, or Senior Jewellery Sales Executive will be preferred.

Strong understanding of jewellery retail sales, customer handling, showroom operations, and team management is required.
