This role is specifically for our client on retainer - ChatGPT India.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Group Account Manager to run point on one of our biggest accounts, leading the team that services it end to end. The client should be able to come to you with anything and trust the answer. Your team should be able to bring you a hard problem and walk away with one that's actually helpful. And you should be the one flagging the next growth opportunity before anyone has to ask.

This isn't a step-back role. You'll be in the strategy, in the client conversations, and in the day-to-day with your team.

Because of who the client is,



real curiosity about tech and AI matters here. You don't need to code, but you do need to genuinely want to understand how AI products work and where the category's headed, because that shows up in the work.

This is one of the most visible accounts in the agency, and how it's run shapes how the rest of us get judged. Do it well and you're not just keeping a major client happy, you're setting the standard other teams get measured against. Whoever takes this on has real influence over the agency's reputation, its biggest relationship, and the people on their team.
