Job Purpose: The Cluster Manager - IPQA - I&W; Quality will be responsible for leading and managing the IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) team, ensuring health and safety compliance, driving customer satisfaction, achieving business excellence,



and fostering continuous improvement in production quality. The role involves overseeing audits, implementing systems for quality control, and driving operational efficiency to meet both internal and external quality standards.

Educational Qualification:
- B.E or B.Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.

Work Experience (Range of years):
- 8-12 years in manufacturing operations, with emphasis on in-process quality assurance.

Certification:

Health & Safety:
- Oversee health and safety compliance across multiple teams involved in ingot and wafer quality. Implement safety training programs and ensure all quality processes adhere to health and safety regulations.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Respond promptly to Voice of Customer (VOC) complaints and ensure timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and countermeasures. Maintain fewer than one complaint per quarter.

Business Excellence:
- Achieve IMS certification for MSTL plant by
