We are looking for an enthusiastic
Human Resources Coordinator
with 0–1 year of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
, a strong interest in recruitment, and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess profiles against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate job requirements, interview details, and other relevant information clearly to candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR activities as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
- 0–1 year of experience
in recruitment or HR.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate engagement skills.
- Valuable sourcing and screening abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work
from office in Chennai
