Roles And Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop technical project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Engineering & Technical Support
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and engineering challenges.
- Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as a point of contact between engineering teams and clients.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure that all engineering work meets industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks during project execution.




- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Identify potential risks, delays, or technical challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues to ensure project continuity.
- Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Assist in budget planning, cost estimation, and expense tracking.
- Ensure projects remain within the allocated budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of engineering specifications and changes.
- Generate technical reports and submit findings to project managers.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering
