Preferred Eligibility Criteria
- Degree:
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent mental health qualification from a recognized institution.
- Certifications:
Completed multiple certifications in emotional wellness, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or expressive arts healing.
- Experience:
Minimum 3–5+ years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling, group facilitation, and designing/executing mental health retreats (preferably in luxury wellness or retreat environments).
- Location & Lifestyle:
Full time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description
- 1-on-1 Consultations:
Conduct private, deep emotional healing and psychological counseling sessions for high-achieving guests, CEOs, and families facing burnout or decision fatigue.
- Group Facilitation:
Lead high-trust, confidential group conversations, workshops, and emotional unburdening circles.
- Retreat Design & Delivery:
Conceptualize, curate, and facilitate signature emotional healing retreats targeting cognitive quiet, stress release, and trauma resolution.
- Somatic & Vagal Integration:
Combine psychological techniques with somatic therapies to help guests release stored emotional tension from their nervous system.
