Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions
Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a strong process orientation
Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner
Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems
Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvements
