Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Ensure project milestones are met and projects are executed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for project updates, status reports, and issue resolution for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop trust and manage customer relationships, ensuring a shared understanding of key issues among all parties.
- Manage contractual requirements to minimize and control exposure through timely responses and internal escalation.
- Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes, and engagement with the Supply Chain team.
Requirements




Educational Qualifications

Education: BE (Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ETC). Tertiary qualifications in Project Management (preferred). Further education in management or project management (e.g., PMP certification) is advantageous.

Experience

Previous process automation project management experience is essential. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing projects, including budget ownership, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.
