Job Summary

Job Purpose: Senior Executive/ Assistant Lead - Sales - Advertisement is responsible for driving advertisement sales through proactive client engagement, effective sales strategies, and seamless execution. This role involves managing client accounts, analyzing sales performance, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge sales initiatives.
Educational Background

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, MBA/Masters (Preferred)
Work Experience

10-15 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising or related fields.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance market presence.
- Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of potential leads into successful advertising campaigns.
Client Acquisition and Account Management
- Identify and acquire new clients through research, targeted outreach, and networking initiatives.




- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
Revenue Growth and Opportunity Maximization
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising services.
- Develop and present customized proposals that maximize client ROI and advertising impact.
Strategic Collaboration and Partnerships
- Work with internal teams to leverage cross-departmental expertise and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Explore opportunities to form partnerships with agencies and brands, contributing to wider advertising campaigns and initiatives.
Data-Driven Sales Performance
- Track and report on individual and team sales performance, providing insights for process improvements and strategy refinements.
