Job Summary

Provides technical engineering support and executes field service activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Performs technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.
- Provides technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring the reliability of products in operation.
- Collaborates across multiple customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities and share expertise, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and contributing to service delivery excellence.
- Participates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintains accurate records and reports of field service activities,



ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.
Travel Mobility
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide (up to 80%).
- Ability to mobilize at short notice to support customer requirements.
- Ability to work onboard vessels, at ports, and in shipyards globally.
