Key Responsibilities

Handle international clients through calls and chat.

Explain company products, services, and processes using approved information.

Support client onboarding and account-opening processes.

Manage leads, follow-ups, and client information in CRM.

Build strong client relationships and resolve service queries.

Achieve assigned client acquisition and business targets.

Follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements





Graduate / Freshers or experienced candidates.

Valuable communication skills in english

In-depth financial-market knowledge preferred.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Self-motivated and target oriented.

Experience in same field preferred
