About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to drive sales and business growth in the perfume/fragrance segment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the fragrance market, excellent distributor/retailer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Drive sales growth across the assigned territory/channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts, and other channel partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution networks.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to order closure and collection.
