Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse clients' creative business needs, developing effective solutions to meet their objectives.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries, meeting specific requests, and maintaining regular communication throughout each project lifecycle.
- Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for client growth.
- Create comprehensive account project briefs, effectively communicating client demands to the creative team.
- Delegate tasks to individual team members, supervise day-to-day activities, and monitor the progress of each project.
- Manage multiple creative projects throughout their life cycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specific budgets.
- Provide clients with detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on project status, account growth, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or Account Strategist in a creative agency setting.
- Bachelor 0019s degree or MS in Business, Administration, Communications,



or a related field.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- High level of organisation and time-management skills to handle multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Working knowledge of project management systems and tools.
