Consultant - National-Tech Consulting - CNS - TC - Technology Strategy Transformation - Bangalore
Your key responsibilities
- Proficient in program and project management encompassing scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselining, alongside integrated delivery plans and milestone governance.
- Expertise in Agile delivery leadership, including Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog coordination, and PI planning support to ensure effective Agile reporting.
- Experienced in Waterfall delivery management through stage-gate processes, critical path method application, and dependency mapping for effective phase approvals.
- Adept in SDLC governance, overseeing requirements-to-release processes, change control, release planning, and deployment coordination activities.
- Strong capabilities in financial management of projects, encompassing CAPEX/OPEX planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive value realization.
Qualifications




- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

- Project Management (6+ years)
