Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager/Design Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves managing engineering projects from concept to delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources and timelines.

The Project

Manager/Design Engineer will oversee design activities, support technical reviews, and ensure that motion control solutions meet customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include expediting project tasks and materials, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring inspection and logistics activities, and resolving technical or coordination issues. The person in this role will prepare project documentation, track progress against milestones,



and report status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with practical knowledge of Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Background in Inspection and quality control, with the ability to collaborate on technical reviews and compliance checks.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, scheduling, and inventory tracking for project-related materials.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience in industrial automation or motion control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, and to work closely with design and production teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in common project and engineering tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, CAD or design tools is an advantage).
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or motion control systems is a plus.
