We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Project Manager to oversee luxury custom home builds and large-scale architectural renovations from pre-construction through final handover. You will act as the central point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and trade partners, ensuring exquisite craftsmanship, strict adherence to schedules, and accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution &
- Quality Control:

Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, enforcing meticulous standards of luxury craftsmanship, safety, and detail.

- Client Relations: Direct primary communication with high-net-worth clients, architects, and design teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

- Budget &

- Schedule Management:





Develop and maintain detailed master project schedules, manage change orders, oversee project budgets, and ensure profitability.

- Subcontractor &

- Procurement Management:

Source, negotiate, and coordinate specialized trade contractors and luxury material procurement (custom millwork, imported stone, high-end glazing, home automation).

- Permitting &

- Compliance:

Navigate municipal permitting, zoning requirements, code compliance, and inspections.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
