About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and track projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, product, and business teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and follow up on action items.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and project trackers.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
- Monitor scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
- Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help manage changes in requirements and project scope.
- Support resource planning and allocation as required.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role, preferably in an IT/software environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project-management tools.
- Strong project tracking and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of software development and QA processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, cloud, and software development life cycle.
- Experience working with client-facing projects.
- Experience in a product-based or IT services company.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
