Role Description This full-time remote Project Manager Scrum Master role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of marketing attribution and related projects from initiation through completion. The position involves leading Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Daily activities include planning sprints, facilitating stand-ups, tracking progress, and removing impediments to keep work flowing smoothly. The role also requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements,



align priorities, and communicate status updates and risks.

Master will support continuous improvement by refining processes, documenting lessons learned, and promoting best practices across the team.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, deliverables, and dependencies within complex projects.
- Knowledge of logistics management and coordination, including organizing resources, schedules, and workflows to support on-time delivery.
- Inspection and quality assurance skills, with the ability to verify deliverables against requirements and standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience in marketing, data analytics, or marketing technology projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP) are a plus.
