Own day-to-day program continuity across marketing operations and delivery workstreams during the maternity-cover period. Drive active projects forward by maintaining plans, governing delivery workflows, escalating risks early, enabling stakeholder alignment, and keeping execution on track across Jira and Workfront with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

- Own active projects from intake through completion across timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain project plans, ownership, dependencies, and delivery checkpoints.
- Drive priorities, manage blockers, and escalate risks early to keep work on track.

Stakeholder Management -

- Maintain strong working relationships across business, marketing, operations, creative, vendor, and leadership teams.
- Enable clear visibility through concise updates, decisions, risks, and next steps.
- Drive accountability by documenting owners, actions, and follow-ups.

Workfront & Jira Governance

- Govern intake, task movement, work queues, and project hygiene in Workfront and Jira.
- Maintain accurate project data, ownership, due dates, and status fields.
- Use dashboards to monitor progress, escalate gaps, and enable workflow discipline.

Portfolio & PMO Operations -

- Enable planning, portfolio reviews, and prioritization discussions.
- Maintain RAID logs, action logs, trackers, and portfolio views.
- Streamline leadership updates and govern reporting accuracy for business reviews.

Process & Operational Excellence -

- Govern operating procedures, templates, approval paths, and delivery standards.
- Streamline handoffs and workflows by identifying friction points and simple improvements.




- Drive lessons learned and maintain adherence to SLAs and approval processes.

Required Skills & Experience -

- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO, marketing operations, or business operations.
- Proven ability to own active workstreams, maintain continuity, and drive execution independently.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Adobe Workfront, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong executive communication, concise status reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to govern risks, issues, dependencies, actions, approvals, and delivery timelines.
- Comfort working across global, cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
- Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity.

Success Measures

- Active projects continue without disruption, with milestones, risks, and ownership clearly tracked.
- Weekly updates are accurate, concise, and leadership-ready.
- Blockers are escalated early and followed through to resolution.
- Workfront and Jira data remain current, reliable, and easy to act on.
- Programs close with clear outcomes, learnings, and handover notes where needed.

Preferred Qualifications -

- Experience supporting AI-related workflows, technical operations, or tool-enabled process improvements.
- Experience creating executive-ready dashboards,



trackers, portfolio views, and operating reports.
- Experience working with vendors, agency partners, approvals, and cross-functional handoffs.
- Familiarity with marketing and technical project delivery or launch operations.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
