nn About the Role

nWe are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.

nAs a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Project planning and execution.

- Commercial and cost management of precast operations.
n
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.
n
- Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
n
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.
n
- Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
n
- Leadership,



mentoring, and people management.
n
- Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.

Experience

- Solid project management experience within the construction sector.
n
- Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.
n
- Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.
n
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
n
- Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.
n
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
