Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee automation and AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and logistics teams, and tracking materials and equipment to ensure timely availability. The role involves supervising installation and inspection activities, collaborating with SI partners and consultants,



and resolving project issues in a proactive and professional manner.

The Project

Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain documentation, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients to align expectations and project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting for end-to-end project delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Logistics Management to coordinate materials, vendors, and timely shipments.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, compliance with specifications, and system performance.
- Candidates should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model, with the ability to visit client sites and coordinate on-ground teams in Ahmedabad.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field, and experience in automation, AV, or construction projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with timelines, cost control, and risk management is beneficial.
