Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and completion of interior fit-out projects within stipulated deadlines. Reporting directly to the Project Head, the individual will manage a team of supervisors, senior site supervisors, and assistant project managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a strong leader who is comfortable with outstation travel and managing multiple projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and address any deviations or challenges promptly.

- Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of supervisors, senior site supervisors, and assistant project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Delegate tasks effectively, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on project goals and address concerns.

- Coordination & Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with designers, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Ensure all work is executed to the companys quality standards and adheres to client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines.
- Address any issues related to workmanship, materials, or execution promptly.





- Budget & Resource Management

- Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to avoid delays and wastage.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

- Outstation Project Management

- Supervise and manage projects across various locations, including outstation sites.
- Travel as required to ensure on-site presence, address challenges, and maintain oversight.
- Adapt to diverse working environments and address location-specific requirements.

- Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress, financials, and risks, to the Project Head.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, resource usage, and project changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project delivery processes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience:

5-8 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry.

Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial interior projects.

- Technical Skills: o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

o Robust understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.

- Leadership Skills:

o Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

o Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

- Interpersonal Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and stakeholder management.

o Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Flexibility:

o Willingness to travel extensively and manage outstation projects as required.
