Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team at Congruent Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. You will engage with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project

Manager will also facilitate communication between stakeholders, manage risks, and implement best practices to enhance project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide updates on milestones and deliverables.
- Implement project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong project management background.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Agile project management is preferred.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A relevant certification such as PMP or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional development in project management.
