Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and construction projects at client sites in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role includes planning project timelines, coordinating resources, and supervising site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and regulatory standards.

The role involves managing budgets, tracking costs, preparing progress reports, and addressing risks or delays through timely corrective actions.

The Project Manager

Civil will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders,



ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with project scope and objectives. Daily responsibilities also include reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, monitoring contractors’ work, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with a solid understanding of design principles, materials, and construction standards.
- Project Management and Construction Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively.
- Budgeting skills to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and control expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and client teams, while maintaining clear documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Experience in managing civil or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban or commercial developments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis.
