Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Vasai.

The Project

Manager will oversee retail interior and signage projects from planning through execution, including defining scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams, tracking project progress, and resolving issues to ensure on-time, quality delivery. The role involves supervising expediting activities, managing logistics for materials and equipment, and ensuring inspections and quality checks are completed as per standards.

The Project

Manager will maintain documentation, prepare status reports,



and support continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, site audits, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, inventory coordination, and on-site delivery planning.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in retail interiors, fit-outs, signage projects, or construction-related environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with proficiency in basic project documentation and reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Vasai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced timelines while maintaining quality standards.
