Project Façade Engineer – Site Execution (Curtain Wall / Unitized / Alu Windows)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Façade Engineer responsible for end-to-end execution of façade works at site—from drawing coordination to installation, quality, and handover.

This is a real-time execution role. You will ensure the façade is installed as per drawings, schedule, and quality standards, coordinating closely with factory production and site teams.

Core Responsibility

After project kick-off, you will:

Plan → Coordinate → Execute → Deliver façade works on site

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Planning

Prepare site execution plan (zones, sequence, access, manpower) Align façade schedule with civil/structure readiness

Track daily installation progress vs plan

1. Drawing & Coordination

Review shop drawings / IFC drawings before execution Coordinate with design team for:

revisions

RFIs missing details

Ensure only approved drawings are executed

1. Factory Coordination

Align with factory on: unitized panel production window batches dispatch priorities

Ensure right material reaches site at right time

1. Installation Supervision

Supervise installation: brackets, anchors mullions/transoms unitized panels / windows glazing & sealing

Maintain tolerances, alignment, and levels

Quality Control

Conduct stage-wise inspections

Ensure

proper fixing sealing quality glass handling

Close snags and punch points

1. Client & PMC Coordination

Attend site meetings

Provide progress updates

Resolve site issues in real time
1. Reporting & Tracking

Daily progress reports

Material consumption tracking

Delay identification and mitigation

Required Experience

4–10 years experience in façade execution

Must have handled

curtain wall systems unitized façade aluminium windows

Experience in high-rise / commercial projects preferred

Must-Have Skills

✔ Strong understanding of façade installation sequence

✔ Site problem-solving ability

✔ Coordination with multiple stakeholders

✔ Ownership mindset

Preferred (High Impact)

Experience in unitized façade installation

Handling large-scale projects (₹15 Cr+)

Managing subcontractors / site teams

Salary

₹4 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience)

Performance incentives based on project delivery
