About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Field / Site Engineer to support our project and field activities in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, field visits, basic technical supervision, measurements, documentation and coordination with internal teams, vendors and site personnel.

The role is suitable for a mechanical engineering candidate who is comfortable travelling locally and working in a field/project environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field/site visits as required for project activities.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
- Assist in mechanical installation, inspection and project execution activities.
- Monitor site work and ensure activities are carried out as per approved requirements.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic project records.
- Prepare daily/weekly site updates and reports.
- Coordinate for material requirements and follow up with vendors/contractors.
- Identify site issues and report them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements and progress.
- Support the project team in maintaining quality, safety and timely execution.
- Travel locally within Vadodara and nearby project locations as required.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.




- Good understanding of basic mechanical engineering concepts.
- Comfortable with field/site work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain documentation.
- Should be disciplined, punctual and willing to learn.

Contract & Benefits
- Contract Duration: 8 Months
- Location: Vadodara
- Local candidates preferred
- Petrol / Local Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy
- Food Allowance: Provided as per company policy
- Compensation: [₹ 18,000 - 25,000 per month]
- Prospect to gain practical exposure to solar/project execution and field operations.
