Role Description
This full-time remote role as Risk & Fraud Analyst – International Voice Process involves monitoring and evaluating international transactions and member activities to detect potential fraud or misuse. The analyst reviews account activity, validates customer information, and investigates suspicious patterns related to bookings, payments, and chargebacks. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and partners to verify transactions, clarify discrepancies, and gather information for risk assessments.



The role requires documenting case findings, preparing reports, escalating high-risk cases, and collaborating with internal teams to refine fraud prevention procedures and controls. The analyst also contributes to process improvements, maintains up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends, and ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong fraud-related skills, including Fraud Prevention and Fraud Analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for assessing transaction patterns, identifying anomalies, and supporting data-driven decisions.
