About the Role

We are looking for a
Creative Campaign Strategist
to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Netcore’s global SaaS marketing ecosystem.

This role combines campaign strategy, creative thinking, copywriting, messaging, paid campaign execution, and performance orientation. You will translate complex SaaS products, customer challenges, and business objectives into compelling campaigns and narratives that engage audiences and contribute to measurable marketing outcomes.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to conceptualise campaigns, develop messaging and copy, execute across organic and paid channels, and optimise performance.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
in campaign strategy, copywriting, content marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience planning or executing
paid digital campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.




- Strong ability to conceptualise and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across organic and paid channels.
- Proven experience creating
conversion-focused copy and campaign messaging
for digital marketing channels.
- Positive understanding of
B2B SaaS marketing funnels, paid acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline impact
.
- Ability to simplify complex SaaS, technology, and product concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of
A/B testing, CRO, campaign analytics, paid media metrics, and data-driven optimisation
.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating
creative thinking, campaign execution, paid campaign exposure, and measurable outcomes
