Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, including verifying rates, quantities, and discounts.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging to identify and resolve any outstanding payments or discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices, ensure proper coding and approval, and coordinate timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions to maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities,



including preparing journal entries, accruals, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
