Job Summary

The Data Insights - Tooling Reporting team plays a critical role in providing leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable business intelligence. This role transforms complex operational data into executive-ready dashboards, reports, and strategic insights that improve portfolio visibility, strengthen governance, and support better business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance, strategic initiatives, financial metrics, resource utilization, risks, and business outcomes.
- Develop intuitive visualization and standardized reporting frameworks that improve executive understanding and decision-making.
- Analyze business and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, translating findings into concise, decision-ready insights and recommendations.
- Support executive reviews, governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning with timely, high-quality reporting and presentations.




- Partner with Data and Automation teams to build automated reporting pipelines, self service analytics, and scalable reporting solutions that improve speed, accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes, visualization standards, and user experience.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across dashboards and reports, resolving anomalies in collaboration with data owners.
- Maintain reporting standards that ensure reliable trusted, and governance-aligned executive reporting.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Resource Management, and Program teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
