Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supporting key production Time systems - Global ADP Enterprise eTime / ADP Workforce Manager & Global Secure File Movement (MFT).
Supporting application architecture, including components such as user interface (ADP Workforce Manager), security, middleware, and infrastructure (i.e., connectivity/automation to payroll, HR)
Participate in all phases of designing, upgrade/patches (eTime upgrade/migration to Workforce Manager), specification design, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting reporting and customizations
Participating in solution architecture design reviews while following uniform enterprise-wide application design standards
Support Business Unit customers during project deployments globally.
Write technical specifications.
Perform Data Analytics, and reporting.
Collaborate with vendors and business partners to address performance issues.
Should be able to design and define technical requirements for ADP Workforce Management and Workday system based on functional requirements.
Provide assistance in design of Workday integrations and reporting for time projects and able to troubleshoot Workday technical issues related to integrations.
Should be able to understand Workday HR and ADP Workforce Management system data requirements for integrations.
Support data transfer and data load requirement to support data needs for payroll and time system.
Experience/Qualifications:
5+ years of experience into ADP Workforce Management and it s integration with Workday.
At least 1 year of experience into Workday integrations and reporting.
Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.
Robust time management and self-motivation skills.
Self-starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker.
Experience with large projects/implementations.
Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.
Should have good knowledge of project life cycle.
