Responsible for

Responsible for quality & accuracy of various shift production jobs being carried out by him during the shift.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- To check and follow PPC plan, balance settings, joints, empty steel cores. To check the available manpower and assign the work to the team in coordinate with shift in charge to meet the shift production targets of film line and recycling plant.
- To follow the given work instructions to carry out all kind of process related activities such as cleaning, crane operation, plant start/stop, filter change, c/o, film break restoration well within benchmark time.
- To wear PPEs as per safety instructions and to ensure personal, team & machine safety. To conduct shift team meeting along with shift in charge.
- To keep and monitor winding & corona parameters edge trim points, plant area as per check list. Take proper feedback from slitter.
- To ensure the final product quality as per QA specs,



after every roll change check BT, visuals & mill roll winding quality
- To maintain all BRC, 5S, Safety standards. Responsible for Handling of waste & storage of Jumbo rolls, and Housekeeping. Ensure input to Erema and its smooth run.
- To ensure smooth functioning of all sections and EOT CRANE operation, fill EOT crane check sheet.
- Monitoring of filter cleaning process and assembling of filters & filter draining in preheating station after LLF change.
- To fill plant check list, observe & inform any kind of abnormality and change in the plant, final product and in machine performance. And jointly work with Shift In charge to fix any issues. Ensure operators do their job as per JD.
