Job Summary
You are a strategic Architect within the EY Fabric post-sales organization, accountable for defining the developer experience patterns that help teams build, deploy, and operate on EY Fabric consistently. Your role is to create the golden paths, reusable tooling patterns, delivery accelerators, onboarding models, and developer workflows that allow post-sales teams to execute efficiently without reinventing delivery approaches for each engagement.
This role is focused on creating easy-to-consume DevEx patterns that improve speed, quality, security, and consistency across EY Fabric implementations. You will ensure that developers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and delivery teams have clear guidance, templates, and accelerators for common development and deployment scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Define the EY Fabric DevEx reference architecture across developer onboarding, repositories, CI/CD, environments, testing, deployment, observability, and operational handoff
- Create repeatable developer experience patterns that can be reused across post-sales implementations
- Establish golden paths for common EY Fabric development scenarios, including application onboarding, pipeline setup, workplace provisioning, code promotion, testing, and release management
- Develop accelerators such as repository scaffolds, pipeline templates, starter kits, sample implementations, onboarding checklists, deployment guides, and troubleshooting playbooks
- Ensure DevEx accelerators are simple, practical, and easy for Forward Deployed Engineers and delivery teams to consume
- Define standards for GitHub, CI/CD, branching, code review, artifact management, secrets handling, deployment approvals, and release governance
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure DevEx patterns align with platform capabilities and roadmap direction
- Identify recurring post-sales implementation friction and convert it into reusable tooling,
