Technical Skills
- Expertise in Power Platform tools:
- Power Automate (Desktop Cloud flows)
- Power BI (Including DAX - Data Analysis Expressions)
- Power Apps (Canvas Model-driven)
- M365 Copilot (Chat, Studio, Agent development)
- SharePoint Site
- Working knowledge of VBA scripting, SQL, Python, Generative AI, Tableau, and RPA tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capability to deliver training sessions on automation and Power Platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills include capacity planning, effort estimation, FTE modeling, and predictive analysis.
Functional Requirements
- Experience: 4-7 years in Business Excellence / Process Improvement / Automation.
- Proven ability to identify process gaps and apply structured root cause analysis to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes.




- Ability to plan, analyze, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Hands-on experience in creation of tools for:
- Workflow automation
- Data extraction and transformation
- Development of Copilot agents and chatbots
