We are looking for a motivated and result oriented IT Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, experience in lead generation and cold calling, and the ability to convert prospects into long term clients. This is an on site role based in Surat.

- Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for custom software development, web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, ERP, CRM, and other IT services.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Required Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in IT Sales or Software Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Ability to identify client requirements and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self motivated with a target driven approach.
- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience selling software development services, AI solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or mobile and web development services will be preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is an advantage.
