Role Overview

We are looking for a sincere and technically inclined
Junior Field Technician
to join our Mumbai Field Operations team.

The role involves supporting elevator installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing and technical site activities. The selected candidate will initially work under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers,



with the chance to gradually handle assigned jobs independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, testing and commissioning of elevators and related equipment.
- Support preventive and routine maintenance activities according to the assigned schedule.
- Attend breakdown calls and assist in identifying mechanical, electrical and control-related faults.
- Check elevator components, including doors, motors, brakes, ropes, switches, sensors, safety circuits and control panels.
- Carry out basic repairs, adjustments, lubrication, cleaning and component replacement under appropriate supervision.
- Support site-readiness inspections, material verification and installation-progress checks.
- Ensure that tools, equipment and materials are handled and maintained responsibly.
- Follow prescribed safety procedures and use PPE correctly while working in shafts, pits, machine rooms and restrict
